We use a variety of courier services depending on requirements with the most reliable from experience being Royal Mail and UPS.
We took the choice to charge a flat rate for postage which enables to provide a next day service for items in stock and orders placed pre-midday. More often than not delivery and packaging costs are more than our standard charge, however, being installers ourselves we understand admin costs and courier costs being a standard cost allows us to plan and budget for product requirements with no hidden surprises.
We package all items in secure packaging with vinyl wrapping where required.
We cannot order collections from our depot, as it is in the main unmanaged, however we are happy to arrange drop of or pick up for any local businesses or installations, via our engineers or office staff whilst on their daily work. We understand sometimes you just need the product quickly and we appreciate our clients loyalty and go out of our way to provide where we can but please do advise us of any deadlines you are working to and we will do our best to accommodate.
